Awards evening
Our annual Friends of Middleton Band awards evening was held at North Manchester Golf Club on 11th July. The evening began with a short programme from the Middleton band, including a fantastic duet from our Euphonium team.
Race for Life
Our fab band ladies team, the Brassbandits, completed the Heaton Park 5k race for life on 12th July. Whit Friday 2015
The band once again took part in the annual Whit Friday band contests. The weather was cold damp and windy but this did not spoil a fantastic and successful evening!
ELR 1940’s weekend 2015
Both our youth and main bands were delighted to be invited to make our annual trip back in time to take part in ELR 1940’s weekend 2015. The youth band were first to take to the stage in the nostalgic setting of Bury Transport Museum to perform for a 1940’s tea dance.
