At our recent AGM, former chairman John Cooney announced his wish to retire from the committee and from active duty in the percussion section.
John who has been a mainstay of the band for many years, has decided to take a back seat from main band but is still going to keep time at youth band. John joins several other of our retired players on the subs bench so we’re sure we will still see plenty of him!
